Keel was founded in 2021 by three former executives from Echo, Europe's fastest-growing online pharmacy, later acquired by Pharmacy2U. As CEO, CTO, and CPO at Echo, the founding team built and managed custom software to run operations shipping 50,000 medicines to 600,000 customers daily — scaling the business to $130 million in annual revenue.
