Keel was founded in 2021 by three former executives — CEO, CTO, and CPO — from Echo, Europe's fastest-growing online pharmacy, later acquired by Pharmacy2U. At Echo, the team built custom software to ship 50,000 medicines to 600,000 customers daily, scaling the business to $130m in annual revenue. That first-hand experience of building mission-critical operations software in a highly regulated environment is the foundation of everything Keel does.
