Keel was founded in 2021 by three former executives from Echo — Europe's fastest-growing online pharmacy, later acquired by Pharmacy2U. As CEO, CTO, and CPO at Echo, the founders built custom software to run operations shipping 50,000 medicines to 600,000 customers daily, growing the business to $130m in annual revenue. They experienced first-hand how inflexible legacy systems couldn't scale at the speed they needed, so they built the solution they wished had existed.
