As CEO, CTO, and CPO at Echo, the founding team built custom operations software to ship 50,000 medicines to 600,000 customers daily, scaling the business to $130 million in annual revenue. They saw first-hand that off-the-shelf tools were inflexible, couldn't scale at the speed a fast-moving operation demands, and ultimately became a competitive liability rather than an asset. That experience drove them to build Keel — the platform they wished existed. In 2024, Keel raised $6 million in seed funding from leading European investors Earlybird and LocalGlobe, validating the mission to empower manufacturers and operators everywhere with flexible, powerful software they truly own and can grow with.
