What you’ll do
Lead the implementation of Keel for new customers, configuring it to fit their workflows and processes.
Act as a trusted advisor to customer’s ops, data and engineering teams, helping them articulate needs, shape requirements, and see what’s possible with Keel.
Design and configure Keel workflows and 3rd party integration, tailoring the product to match each customer’s internal processes and business logic.
Support customers post-sale, including onboarding, training, best practices, and light troubleshooting.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to share implementation feedback and shape the roadmap.
Build internal tools, templates, or integrations that make customer deployments more repeatable and scalable.
Contribute to the improvement of Keel’s documentation by identifying gaps and iterating to enhance clarity and usefulness
Occasionally, build proof-of-concept workflows or support pre-sales demo when deeper technical or domain context is needed.
This is a great fit if…
You’ve implemented software in complex ops environments such as ERP, finance systems, workflow tools, or internal data platforms.
You’ve worked as an ERP consultant, business systems analyst, or in ops tooling implementation, and you now want to transition closer to product and engineering.
You have a deep understanding of operations workflows e.g. warehouse management, inventory management, supply chain processes, or internal controls.
You’re hands-on and technically fluent with Typescript (or Javascript): you can work with data, integrations, APIs, webhooks.
You’re proactive, thoughtful, and comfortable in ambiguity, often solving problems before others know they exist.
You enjoy customer-facing work and can build trust quickly with stakeholders, from COOs to ops managers to data leads.
You’re pragmatic, detail-oriented, and love bringing order to messy systems.
This won’t be the right role if you…
Prefer fully defined specs and handovers. We often figure things out by doing, and your ability to navigate ambiguity is key.
Are uncomfortable wearing multiple hats. This role sits at the crossroads of consulting, product, and technical implementation you’ll touch a bit of everything.
Want a job that’s already fully mapped out. We’re still building the playbook, and you’ll be instrumental in shaping it.
Don’t enjoy working directly with customers. This role requires curiosity, empathy, and regular conversations with end users and stakeholders.
Are looking to move into management soon. We’re looking for someone excited to stay hands-on and own delivery as an individual contributor.
Prefer stability over speed. Keel is an early-stage startup, and things move fast and change often, we embrace that.
