What we’re looking for
Keel is hiring a Founding GTM Marketer to join our small but mighty team and lead the charge in building a predictable, scalable revenue engine. You’ll focus on generating high-quality pipeline, refining our ICP, and evolving how we communicate Keel’s value to the world.
As our first full-time GTM hire, you’ll work directly with the CEO to experiment, iterate, and scale what works. From campaign strategy to landing page copy, you’ll own the playbook for how Keel finds, attracts, and converts high-potential customers.
What you’ll do
Own and execute demand generation: Design and run outbound, paid, and organic campaigns to consistently generate highly qualified leads
Refine ICP and targeting: Use campaign performance, lead quality, and sales feedback to iterate on who we target and how we talk to them
Drive messaging and positioning: Craft compelling narratives that speak to our buyers’ pains and clearly articulate Keel’s unique value proposition
Oversee website & landing pages: Own conversion-driven content and structure, including homepage, ICP-specific pages, and lead magnets
Build and scale outreach playbooks: Develop outbound sequences, LinkedIn/email workflows, and qualification frameworks
Measure and optimise: Set up clear KPIs and reporting for lead quality, conversion rates, CAC, and more

Narrative-led: You’re as comfortable rewriting a homepage headline as you are analysing campaign conversion rates
Data-informed: You know how to measure what matters and drive decisions based on signal, not vanity metrics
Customer-obsessed: You use every insight, from calls, analytics, and interviews, to make Keel sharper and more relevant
Full-stack: You’re a hybrid thinker, blending growth strategy with deep product understanding and storytelling
This is a great fit if you…
Have 3–5 years experience in B2B SaaS demand generation or growth/product marketing
Have owned campaigns end-to-end and know what it means to experiment with limited budget
Know how to translate customer pain into messaging that resonates and converts
Have experience with tools like Clay, Apollo, Dripify, and light CMS ownership (e.g. Framer, Notion)
Are comfortable working directly with founders and can balance execution with strategic input
Thrive in fast-paced, early-stage environments where priorities evolve and autonomy is key.

Want a narrow remit. This role blends marketing, messaging, growth, and GTM ops. You’ll wear many hats
Prefer structured processes over scrappy experimentation
Aren’t comfortable writing your own copy, running your own campaigns, or diving into the details
